My Experience was Great ? it was Lunch time usually you would see a little line but not this time I received my order the cashier was very nice smiling ? even the woman who took my order was nice. But overall it was great ????
We were craving Chipotle and this location was the closest one. We placed our order online and for pickup at a certain time. The app was easy to use to select and customize your entree, and apply any promos. The food was ready and packed in time. Customer service was kind and with a smile (always a bonus after a long day!). Both bowls were prepared well. Good portions and layers. This Chipotle in Dedham mass is more expensive than the other ones I go to in Westwood mass and the one in Southbay mall in Boston mass the food was great but I feel like I got robbed in Dedham mass like $5 more and I didn't even get a drink
