Haven’t had a Five guys burger in a long time. This Dedham location was good when I use to come here back before the pandemic. So. Slow. I ordered ahead on their mobile app and was told my order was ready minutes before I got there. I walked in asking for my order and I watch the worker just then put the burgers on the grill. It's like they do one step, walk away and do nothing. There is no communication. Employees are walking around on their phones behind the counter not doing a thing. Again. I was the only person in the store - ordered ahead - and was still waiting 20 minutes.
