I have to just say thank you to whoever works at this location. My husband was disappointed when he got home and saw his grilled cheese was missing from our takeout bag, but I was pleasantly surprised to find his order had already been refunded by the store when I checked my email. I have had so many terrible customer service experiences lately. Mistakes happen, but so few try to rectify them in any way.
