Wonderful Boston hotel but when we checked out at 12:00 pm on Saturday, August 19 the valet service was zero stars. Even though the station was not particularly busy the wait for our car to come up from the garage was over 25 minutes. When bringing this to the attention of the people in the little ticket office we were told that our car was brought up long ago and was sitting just beyond the porte cochere. Encore Boston Harbor is very similar to Wynn in Las Vegas, right down to the layout of the room & bathroom. I felt very much at home here since I've stayed at Wynn a number of times. In fact, I chose this hotel because it is part of the Wynn family. Very clean and modern. Excellent restaurants on site. Friendly front desk staff. Beautiful flowers in the main lobby.

This hotel is wonderful. IMMACULATE. The cleanliness was off the charts. The grounds are vast, the gardens lush, and the park is a great place to decompress. Casino typical, nothing noteworthy. Shake shack was a disaster, disorganized and slooooow. The room, we had a suite, was glorious, spacious and filled with amenities.
