Wife and I decided to try Ed's for the first time today . OMG amazing food from the Baby Back Ribs right down to the chocolate chip brownie. We ordered a little bit of everything to really try it . The brisket , pulled pork , and baby back ribs were some of the best we've ever had . We will be back . Highly recommended. If you really want good BBQ give Ed's BBQ a try .
We tried here last week. The Mac n Cheese was good and so was the potato salad. I like red potato salad with that bit of mustard, but I know some don't. The pulled pork was pretty good and so were the ribs. The sauces are very tangy (vinegar based), so if that's your thing you'll love them. My husband likes tangy, but I prefer sweet. My mother made the best moist cornbread ever, so I feel bad comparing lol, but I feel like that was the only down side to the meal was the cornbread....read full review

I had the brisket sandwich with the sweet and spicy sauce, and it was so good with a side of coleslaw. I love that they give a whole container of sauce to dunk for extra goodness. I can’t wait to come back and order more. One of their platters will probably be my next family pick up meal. Plus they are some of the sweetest people I have ever met and would be proud to support their local business.
