“Don't pass this place by. Beautiful steaks and seafood, but they carry everything from oxtail to chicken and duck legs to ribs and bratwurst to smoked ham hocks and soup bones. You won't be disappointed.”
“We had an excellent dinner at the Herb Lyceum this evening. It seems that they run special types of dinners, and they are currently being a Bistro. The menu had a choice of 3 appetizers, 3 entrees, and 2 desserts. Our waiter walked us through the entire menu and described how each dish was prepared -- this was very enticing. We had the Foie Gras Poutine and the Lobster Quenelle for appetizers. Both delicious. For the entrees, we had the Mushroom Risotto and the Scallops Grenobloise. The mushrooms (4 varieties) came from a local farm (and our local farm CSA includes mushrooms from the same farm). One of the mushrooms was fried crispy and added a truly delightful crunch to the risotto. Finally we both ended with the Tarte Tartin which was served with brown butter ice cream. Again, this was excellent. After we finished, we chatted with the head chef and complimented him! All in all, this was a very enjoyable evening.”
“One of the best Italian restaurants in State, always top notch whether dine-in or take out. And byow at wine store in adjacent building is super convenientWe had special occasion this weekend, party of 7. We called a few hours in advance and they had our table ready when we arrived. The management and staff are always very attentive and accommodating. Much appreciated. The food and service were superb as usual. I had the veal parmigiana, prepared to perfection. My six family members had mix of entrees and all were extremely happy with their meals. And try Filho’s for lunch too. Great soup and sandwiches.Highly recommend!”
“Hands down the BEST brownies I’ve ever tasted!!! Dolce has the winning combo of amazing staff and delicious treats/food. Plus, they’re always switching it up with incredible treats that are limited time only. Definitely recommend checking out their IG to stay updated on the daily surprises, and stopping by early in the day to snag their specialty pastries. Shout out to Tori, Kelsey, and the whole team for being incredible!Dietary restrictions: They’re one of the only places around that has vegan & gluten free cupcake options!”
“Lauren our server was fantastic. Top notch service. The atmosphere was excellent. The food was amazing. Very affordable for high end dinning. Our first time there and it won’t be our last.”
“Wish I lived closer I’d be a regular. Employees happy and warm. I got the honey cinnamon latte with oat milk. Very good. (I also got a side of bacon and a sausage patty both yummy… I mean bacon, can it go wrong?)If I had time I would have liked to stay. Very comfy vibe.”
“This is our third visit to Groton Station House. We took a group of coworkers out to dinner. They had never dined here before. We all loved it. It was a busy Saturday night during prime dining hours. We had a friendly server. Drinks and meals were delicious. Most of the table ordered filet and rib eye. All cooked perfectly. We even saved room for dessert. The carrot cake was a generous portion and the crème brûlée was perfectly done. Lots of menu options for all to enjoy.”
“I don't often leave reviews but i have to say -- this is, hands down, the freshest Chinese food i've had since the one time I went to A Single Pebble in Burlington, VT over a decade ago. I was blown away, as was my husband. 10 out of 10 recommend.”
“I stop in here whenever I'm traveling through with my horse trailer. Easy to park and eat in or take out. Food is great and so is the ice cream!Parking: Room for my horse trailer”
“You could spend $17 on one meal at McDonald's and still be hungry... or you could come here and spend 13.50 on a delicious, custom made, toasted Italian grinder with a soda... And it'll actually fill you up... This place is amazing. 10/10”
“Listen idk about their service or anything referred to in the couple bad reviews but this pizza is one of the best I've ever had. I've had all the good local pizzas in lowell, chelmsford, tyngsboro. This place is special. Disclaimer. I'm a total food snob and typically find something to complain about”
“Met friends for a meal here earlier this week. It was excellent. All our meals were well prepared and delicious. Seating is limited, and the atmosphere is casual. Best to arrive early or be prepared for a wait (lots of outdoor seating available during the summer months). Reservations for parties of eight or larger. Perfect for an evening out. We had fish & chips, pulled pork and a burger. All were excellent.”
“Excellent food, love the carne asada. Amazing churros!!!Went back again last night. Service was excellent. My husband and I shared the steak fajitas. They were delicious!”
“My go-to Dunkin. I usually order online. Only one time has the order not been ready when I arrived, and I assume it was because they were busy. They do a great job here.”
“I want to talk about this one worker there. I never got his name but I want to still express my gratitude for him. i walked into Dunkin's today to request the price of a small Dunkin refresher. he gave me the price and I was like 40 cents short. Without hesitation he pulls out his card and turns the machine his way to pay. I love how he didn't turn me down or tell me I had to get something else. I really hope he understands small things like this goes a long way for someone else. I'm super glad this Dunkin's is close by as it's been the one I choose all the time. I may have walked out with a drink but I couldn't just leave without doing anything. if there was an option for 10 stars I'd do it. Anyways just wanted to thank him and leave a good review!”
“Picked up our order to go, I ordered the chicken pesto panini sandwich and I wish I ordered a second one. The pesto sauce was very tasty and it was mixed in with the chicken instead of being spread on two slabs of bread. The chicken was shredded which I enjoyed. I removed the roasted red peppers as I’m not a fan but I savored every bite. The bread was fresh and toasted perfectly.”
“They offer a large variety of fresh food. I enjoyed dining here. The employees are always super friendly, pricing is affordable and the place is always kept clean.”
“I happened to be driving through Westford yesterday morning and stopped here on a whim. I’m so glad I did! The atmosphere was warm and inviting, with folks chatting at tables and others stopping in for a quick breakfast. I picked up a French breakfast muffin (nutmeg with cinnamon sugar) that was excellent. I also bought one fresh scone and several day-old scones that have been incredible. The cinnamon chip was a favorite in our house. This bakery is a great local spot that I look forward to supporting again!”
“I visited for the first time today. I tried a flight of beers and purchased more to take home. I am so impressed by every style of beer I have tried at Dirigible. Clean tap lines, excellent quality, and all of their beers are accurately portrayed according to style. I will be back soon again. Also, I met some great, friendly people including the owner. Such a friendly and welcoming place. I cannot recommend this place enough and I cannot wait to get back there again soon.”
“I read that Ruby Donut is the best donut shop in Massachusetts and I was not disappointed!I decided to go early, so there was only about a dozen different options, but they were still bringing them out from the back; I tried 6 different types and they are all exceptional. If you're like me and have only eaten chain donuts you're entire life, you're going to be spoiled by the softest, most amazing donuts ever.”
“Very nice highend restaurant. Pretty room, excellent service, nice cocktails. The food was a little hit and miss. The sea bass was perfectly cooked and seasoned but the rice and accompanying mushrooms were drowning in a salty sauce that i did not care for. The lobster tostada's were tasty but over powered by very strong red onions. My spouses steak, potato and spinach were all great. I highly recommend the tiramisu for dessert.”
“Such a cute combination of coffee shop, lunch place, bar/lounge, and local pasta/coffee seller. Lattes are tasty and medium-expensive. Also a painted piano outside.”
“We've never had a bad dish or bad service here. It's our go-to for birthdays. I recently had a gluten intolerance diagnosis, but there's no problem finding several great items on the menu that are gluten-free. The portions are generous, the bar is great, and the staff are top notch. Highly recommend!”
“This is my first google review but i’m glad to say it’s for root awakening in nashua nh! First the not so great….. On friday jan 26 my boyfriend and i attempted to stop in around 8:30 pm but we ended up leaving because we were never acknowledged. The guy behind the bar made eye contact but looked like he had better places to be or things to do. We heard such great things and were in NH just for 15 days from missouri visiting family. We decided to come Thursday night feb 1st before our flight home friday and we’re so so so SO glad we did!!!! The woman stacy (sp?) explained kava to us and was extremely excited for us which in turn made us excited. We were given samples of kava and local kombucha before trying our kava drinks. She spoke highly of the owner and made our first experience leaving us wanting more because we trust people who have passion for both their business and product. We were there for a couple of hours and watched people come and go and some even sit there for hours proving this place is a safe space and home for many. Stacy took care of each one like family and knew their orders before they even sat down! It was really busy but she never missed a beat and we never felt ignored. We will be moving to new england in the next year or so and this (along with their new worcester ma location) will be our hang out spot!! The drinks are tasty and if there’s something you don’t see on the menu they can create something based on what they have in stock and what flavors you usually preferThe place is pretty big and has couches, tables and room to do laptop work all around. The bar is a great size and everyone is really friendly. We already told our friends who live in the area to check it out!Thank you for letting us be part of the kava community!Dietary restrictions: Lots of dairy free options if not all dairy free when you opt out of whipped creamParking: Easy private parking lot. And free!”
“Very adorable place with a nice friendly staff.I stepped out of my comfort zone and ordered the huevos Ranchero plate subbing English muffins for the corn Tortilla. So delicious!!!! I highly recommend it.Hubs got his usual scrambled eggs with meat. He would have liked a little more. The corned beef hash was excellent and the beans were okay.Pancakes were also amazing! Big, hot, and fluffy. They were delicious with just butter but great with added maple syrup.Ordered a hot chocolate and it was just too sweet for me (I usually have coffee with just heavy cream so I'm not used to sugar).I remedied this by ordering a black coffee and mixing them. Still needed more black coffee to balance out all the sugat though. Won't do that again?Parking was convenient but the place was popular and smallish so we had a good 15 to 20 minutes wait.Would definitely try again.”
“I love Thai food. And came here out of high recommendation from someone at work. I lucked out by being able to actually talk to the owner and he graciously helped me choose what to order since everything looked good. I got shrimp drunken noodle and crab Rangoon. I’m only upset at myself that I only got one order of each. I’d easily eat every day if I could. I excited for next visit the food is incredible and so are the people. Highly recommend it!Vegetarian options: You can just tell them your dietary restrictions they seem to have lots of options and are very accommodating!”
“These cookies are the best around! The cookie team are welcoming and accomodating. If there is a long wait time for order ordered cookie. They give you a free cookie. Plus you get a free cookie on your birthday.”
“Cozy little restaurant with no wait and great food!Parking: Lots of free parking spots right at the restaurantKid-friendliness: My kids were happy with their food”
“From the moment we decided to host our co-ed baby shower at Spyglass, we knew it was going to be a special day. Little did we know, it would exceed all our expectations in every way possible. The planning process was seamless, thanks to the incredible staff. They were not only accommodating, but also enthusiastic about helping us create the perfect event. From brainstorming ideas to ironing out the details, they were there every step of the way, offering valuable suggestions and ensuring that every aspect of the shower was tailored to our preferences. On the day of the event, the brewery truly transformed into a welcoming and vibrant space for our celebration. The staff went above and beyond to ensure that everything ran smoothly, from setting up the decorations, to coordinating the food and drink menu to attending to the needs of our guests.Overall, our experience hosting a co-ed baby shower here was nothing short of exceptional. The combination of impeccable service, inviting atmosphere, and delicious food and drinks made it a day to remember for both us and our guests. We couldn't have asked for a better venue or a more accommodating team to work with. Thank you to everyone at Spyglass for helping us create unforgettable memories as we celebrate the upcoming arrival of our little one!”
“Best place around for a fine dining experience or book event. Exemplary service and the food is amazing. Make that reservation if you are even considering it. Just do it.”
