Ordered drive through, specified an extra gravy. WAS charged for it, but got a single half-serving. Seriously? This is just ridiculous to serve, even if I only ordered one this would be shortchanging.
Sat at drive thru for 10 min and no one ever tried to take my order. Went inside and waited another 5 min before someone came to the register. This is the worst kfc/taco bell i have ever been to

took like 20-30 minutes to get our food and they made us park in the cleaners lot instead of waiting in the drive thru like you normally would. they also put pickles on my boyfriend’s sandwich when he asked for no pickles (he is allergic to them). it didn’t look very busy inside (we saw someone dancing inside while we waited) and there were not a lot of people in the drive thru or the lobby waiting for food before us. very disappointing experience to say the least!
