To the manager Went through drive through exactly at 5:48 PM on the 14th of this month. When I've gave the employee my debit card. When I notice his phone was too close Where you insert the card Now I'm not saying anything, or that anybody did anything.I just don't like that. I think employees should keep their phones in their pocket.Period
Ordering in actually felt like McDonalds is trying to become a real restaurant hybrid instead of simply a fast food experience.They brought my meal to the table for me and were very courteous.Typically I go to fast food places for food at a low price point, but with inflation, having my order brought to me after I customize it on my phone is actually a pretty good value proposition.The gratuity is practically built in to the menu prices.
