New Golden Pacific is my absolute favorite Chinese food restaurant. Their food is so consistently good, cooked fresh, and always tastes great. The staff are great, they are very timely and courteous. I love that they are open late, but they have great lunch specials as well. My first time walking in this place. "Halloween 2023". Guy at the takeout counter seems kind of lackadaisical. I placed my order and I was shocked how quickly it was ready. No more than 7 minutes. Mind you I ordered everything well done. Chicken fingers boneless spare ribs beef teriyaki and pork fried rice. About a 15-minute ride home and then I open up the plate. I thought I’d give them a try. Ordered about $34 worth of boneless spareribs, teriyaki, and chicken fried rice. I usually go to Cafe Asia, and I would have gotten about twice as much for what I paid and got!!! The rice was very light in color. The duck sauce was watery. The food was okay, but I’m used to larger portions.
