I went in to order wanted something Taki g off the menu and lady that was helping me was very helpful alo g with cook and I think cook might have been manager but wasn't sure ut he knew what he was doi g and was able to help my lady that was helping me order and placing it for Buffalo chicken strip app not on menu but worked It out came out just as I remembered with the blue cheese cuase I'm not 1 for spices foods used to be b I t over all noligable staff great friendly service...read full review

Friendly's Northampton Street Holyoke, MAI've been going to this Friendly's for 40 years.Over the past 15 years it has declined in service, food preparation and cleanliness has been hit or miss.Consequently my patronage lessened. Oftentimes, I would drive 15 minutes to Northampton to Local Burger.This evening I took a chance and ordered from Friendly's.
