My wife and I love good Cajun food. Our meals at Springdale Lunch in Holyoke were delicious. Just the right amount of Cajun heat in my Chicken Gumbo. And the Chicken with Crawfish Étouffée, and my wife's Blackened Tuna were perfectly prepared, as was the tasty cornbread that came with our meals. The place is small, but comfortable. The prices are fair. And the owner/chef is awesome. Our lunch was a real treat. We will be back.
So I have to say WOW! I been living near the area for 5 years and am an implant From down south and it’s hard to find a good restaurant with flavor!! I must tell you this has become my favorite restaurant in New England. The food is spot on and reminds me of home. (By the way if you like spice make sure you ask the chef to make it spicy ) it’s amazing! Looking forward to try the whole menu ?

Such a warm loving environment. It’s like being at your moms house sitting in the kitchen when you’re waiting for your food. The food taste amazing and the owner is so nice . I would definitely return and have !
