Let me tell you something about this chocolate chunk pecan cookie...it is......so good. Like truly note worthy. Perfect blend of buttery, crunchy, chewy deliciousness. I ate the whole thing. You might judge me when you see the size of this cookie, but once you take a bit you'll get it. Their coffee is great too. The little pao de queijo are also delish. Solid sandwiches. But that cookie......

My family went for Sunday brunch. I had heard about the Bistro for a while and finally decided to try it. I wish it had been better weather because the beer garden as you walk in is beautiful. We were greeted right away by a very nice woman and also enjoyed our server, Lyndsay. All of the other employees were genuinely kind and were happy help with anything we needed. The coffee was good. Great restaurant and event venue on Race Street in Holyoke. Tasty selection of menu items. On Sundays, a boozy brunch menu is offered. Full bar. Tons of local beers. They make Sangria and you can add a Ginger Libation topper - very popular summer drink! They sell freshly made loaves of bread (to go) on Sundays, Wednesdays and Fridays.
