So glad we finally found Giorgio's! Been in Hudson for a few years now and did the rounds but since we found Giorgio's we'll never switch. Owned by such a nice couple who always like to have a quick chat while you're there. It's definitely not the cheapest pizza shop around but they don't skimp on the ingredients either. Crust has good crisp with a little doughiness to it and the chicken parm subs are awesome.
My husband (who is first-generation Italian-American) and I have long sought, and long been disappointed, with the so-called "pizza" offerings in the area. At last we have found Giorgio's, now our pizza go-to for authenticity and deliciousness. The crust is just right in terms of texture and thinness. The cheese is mozzarella! My boyfriend was in town for a couple of weeks and I had been on the search for a New York style pizza. I took him to a few places, even Regina's, but nope he didn't like any until we came to Giorgio's on his last day here. He took his first bite of a slice of pepperoni and joy came over him, he'd found his perfect NY slice in Massachusetts. The perfect crisp crust, and ratio of sauce to cheese, this pizza is pretty epic. I'm so thankful we've found our go to spot!!
