Parking: The parking is usually plentiful but with the construction going on behind it on the mall parking is limited at this timeKid-friendliness: Typical restaurant space for kidsWheelchair accessibility: It is located on the first floor so I believe everything to be wheelchair accessible

Older IHOP, a bit dated & not as large as some, but Very clean.Took a bit to have a waitress stop by to check in, as was fairly busy; but once our waitress came, took our order, service was good. Food came out hot. Tasted great. We had fairly hearty breakfasts, with scrambled eggs, sausage, bacon and pancakes or French toast & hash browns, as it was late morning & we knew we'd skip lunch. I took my granddaughters for breakfast we were greeted very pleasantly with a smile. Our food came very quickly ! All of the staff are very hard-working and pleasant. The atmosphere of the restaurant was very pleasant and very clean we had a great time ! Also a very large amount of customers came in the crowd of people were very kind and pleasant and quiet and they number of about 30 of them the staff jumped into action.
