“I live 40 mins away and came to try the clam strips and scallops some of the best I've had in the north-shore. They give a good amount to. Pricey but worth it.”
“Zeno’s has always been great, but it’s time to face the facts; over the last couple years they’ve gone to another level entirely and are, by far, the best Beef spot in Massachusetts. While other trendy spots in the North Shore have become obsessed with pretentiously packing as much (average) beef as possible into their sandwich to get looks on social media or whatever, Zeno’s keeps it OG and uses appropriate but never thrifty amounts of their absolutely untouchable beef in every sandwich, making it a much more well balanced sandwich experience overall. There’s always a hint of “spice” to their beef but once again, unlike other spots, they don’t overdo it in an attempt to club you over the head. They simply let their untouchable product shine. Add to this some of the friendliest employees you’ll ever find anywhere to the mix and you have the stuff of legend. Zeno’s is the king.”
“Annmarie the waitress is the best! My girlfriend and I drive 40 mins to an hour each way because the pizza is amazing. Annmarie makes us feel warm, welcome, and well taken care of each time we come in.”
“Love Heart and Soul!! You are always warmly welcomed when you arrive and feel special. The atmosphere has natural energy and the menu and specials are fantastic. My sister took me there for my birthday and before I knew it the entire restaurant, patrons and staff, were singing Happy Birthday to me. A special place for sure!! Great food, atmosphere and service. A definite 5 rating all around!”
“We love Sandpiper. We love the staff, the food, the atmosphere and the convenience. As a small, local business owner, I have zero problem with their transparent pricing. We offer the same. It’s crazy that somehow transparency is being spun as a bad thing in some of these reviews. Any way I could go on and on about the cost of running a small business, but most people don’t care bc they aren’t in the arena. Their primary concern is the extra .45 their croissant costs. We are regulars. We order for our family and our clients. Everything is exceptional. I particularly love the salmon toast, almond croissant, tapos for a quick sweet, any of their counter sandwiches, grain bowl and the chick pea soup! I’m sure my kids have their favorites too. And my husband will eat literally everything there. Heading over this afternoon and hope to grab 2 of the homemade chicken pot pies for family dinner! When my mother reached end of life, their quiches were the only thing she would eat. I would grab a coffee and 2 quiche on the way to hospice and be sure she ate something amazing with me. The hospice staff was not happy with me but that didn’t phase me one bit. Because of this Sandpiper will always have a special place in my heart. This bakery is popular! Be prepared to wait, look at their menu in advance. Have a back up option in mind. No matter what you choose, you will not be disappointed!”
“Delicious bagels and sandwiches. Very nice inside to relax and eat. We walked in just before they were closing and all the staff were very kind and accommodating”
“Thai Spice has some of the #1 best Thai in Ipswich. There is no other place in town that can compete, plus the owner is overall awesome. Every time I order he remembers me and even comes out to the kitchen just to thank me. All in all, I highly recommend Thai Spice to anyone over all the other Thai options in town. I order pickup mostly, but you are able to dine in. Next time you're craving Thai, give Thai Spice a try. Thanks for always being the best, Thai Spice!”
“great food and staff. always consistent. great steak and cheese subsParking: if you can't find street parking there's a large town lot behind the building. can usually find something on the street out frontKid-friendliness: good for kidsWheelchair accessibility: no steps”
“Friendly staff and good food. Dine in or takeout. I usually stop in for takeout once a week or so. Food is always consistent. Located downtown on Central St. past couple years they've had outdoor curb side seating with propane heaters if that's your thing.”
“Just moved to the Boston area and celebrated our anniversary here. The clam chowder was excellent NE, and the French Onion soup was classic. I had the baked oysters, which was a first for me and I'd return for them as well as the mussels! We had the special Sea Bass and the Seafood Risotto, both large portions and excellent! Their special Old Fashion was made the same way as my all time favorite of bourbon on the rocks with an orange slice or twist but made perfect muddled with sugar and cherries. The Old Fashioned and wine were huge free pours. Reservations are difficult to get, so plan early and let them respond with availability. The large private parking lot is not large enough!! Cars were overflowing to the side street! Will return for sure!”
“Purchased crab cakes and sweet potato cakes from Natick Farmers market, loved both. Sweet potato cakes made a great side and were stuffed with other veggies for a varied bite. Crab cakes had a great mixture of crab and spices, very similar to what you'd get in a restaurant on the Chesapeake. Both fully cooked already so all you need to worry about is reheating enough--so easy and only took a few mins. Clear instructions on both packages.”
“I recently went to visit the dog bar at Park 9 in everett and had some bites from the Big Pig food truck there. We got the loaded fries with brisket. The flavors of the brisket with the jalepenos and pickle onions with the garlic aioli was a whole vibe. It went so well with the old fashioned served at the bar. Highly recommend!”
“Honestly don’t of the best Asian food I’ve had. I always get the same thing every time, and it always comes perfect and hot when delivered. The curry beef udon is an awesome twist and a different take on traditional food.”
“Great place, staff was warm and welcoming, felt like we were at our favorite bar!! Cold beer and excellent wings!! Bartenders were friendly and made us feel like we were regulars!! Definitely going back!!!”
