I placed an order over the phone after I got there asking for my order they told me that the order was never placed. After asking for them to place my order since they never took it over the phone they refused to do so they said that they will not Place an order because they do not know where I placed it and that it was a waste of food. I requested to speak to the person in charge and she was a complete jerk no customer service whatsoever she refused to give me her name. Another nice young lady came from the kitchen and took the order for me which I appreciate, the manager called her out on it because she took my order She said and I quote " I would have not taken the order for her she can go pick it up where she placed it" I place orders here all the time and it's very disappointing to come across such disrespectful and rude personal, zero customer service.

The food is delicious and the people are so nice. My family goes a lot there because everything in their menu is delicious.I’d recommend the Pupusas and The mixed Burritos but I always try and go when they have Atol de Elote. 10/10 experience each time.

Well, a friend of mine suggested me to try it and every time that I have a day off I just can’t resist the temptation to go back. Horrible experience, went and the food was cold after waiting for 2 tacos!! I seen a mouse, my juice was disgusting, also the meat for my tacos had 2 pieces warm and the rest cold. What kind of cooking is that? I wouldn’t recommend this place at all.
