Very bad service every time. Kid at the register doesn’t even have a uniform just a black T-shirt. He has no idea about anything I’m trying to order. My fault for coming back to this location but the one in South Lawrence was out of power.

I ordered 1 biggie box and when I went to the window the kid said “$11.5” I said how is that if the biggie box cost $5.00 he said “yeah with the tax and fees” I asked for the manager and she came and explained to her, she than said “sorry he accidentally charged you twice I will refund one of them, this was 4 days ago and still no refund.. than kids out side with bikes doing wheelies through the drive through..fries were not hot.

Worst customer service.I had to pick an order made 1 hour Before. They were closed but the drive thru was opened until 2 AM. They asked me to take the line while I haven't had to make any order than just picked up what was ordered before.I spent 1 hour and half in the line just to hand me over what was ordered before.This is crazy. I never see a staff so mis organised on the way they manage customers. This is a very bad service. I will never come back here and I do not recommend them at all.

Ordered a baconator meal plain don’t like any condiments on my burger got it plain alright but also lost the bacon in the process. What would make u think a person would order a baconator and want to remove the bacon makes no sense if that’s the case I would have ordered Dave’s single plain now I have to worry about saying plain lose my bacon or deal with condiments on my burger smh
