Not a fan!Was my first time here and at Wendy’s in general. I did of course not expect a classy meal, but at least a decent burger with some good taste…well I got that partially. Burger seemed to be smashed together with no ambition at all. Taste was ok though.The restaurant was just terrible…staff were polite to me, but super loud to each other! The interior is basically trash!

i just went there and paid for the baconator fries and they gave me the regular if i’m paying extra for some fries i should be receiving the fries i paid extra this isn’t even the first time either, aside from that they need nicer employees, they always have a horrible attitude. do

Your typical fast food place. If you’re looking for 5-star plated meal… this isn’t that place. What can I say, the delivery was fast and the food was relatively warm. You’re never going to get food super hot good when you do delivery. So, I guess it was good for what it is.

Update: photo.Original:(2020)Probably the worst place to get food in Lawrence. I don't know where to even begin explaining how bad this establishment is. ESPECIALLY the staff...•Cold food.•old/dry food.•watery drink.•wrong orders (we never get what we order, NEVER it's been wrong EVERY TIME, we actually stopped coming here because we were sick of it.)•rude employees.•very bad customer service.•everyone can barely speak English.•very unprofessional staff.•rude Manager.We asked to speak to a manager and she started complaining, yelling and cursing in Spanish, soon the whole kitchen staff started yelling, laughing, Ect..Manager also was complaining and blaming other employees for her problems, being short staffed and that he (the other manager) was one the messing up the orders...

I arrived just as school let out, and the entire dining area was full of kids, sometimes spreading themselves so thin that every table was taken. The service was excellent, and the food was fresh and hot.

Bells Kells

They can’t get any orders right. Lots of missing items. Bacon on my sandwich wasn’t cooked & im pregnant can’t eat anything raw. Not happy.
