Not what it used to be, inside dining and product selection are horrible. My grandkids dont want to go there anymore. Are you listening DD, your future customers dont care if they go there anymore!
Typical Dunkin's offerings: fast food fare, whether bland coffee, sugary iced drinks, empty-carb donuts, and hot items that are instantly zapped from a frozen state. Still, it's located just north of a Mass Pike exit and is part of one of few clusters of services here in Western Mass along or near I-90, so it's a dependably meh option to have for a pit stop.
