Management is completely terrible here. Just got food from here they forgot our Diet Coke, I asked for extra chicken on to my wrap. Manager gave me a hard time and a nasty attitude. No other bk has given me a hard time about extra chicken. It’s what the customer wants. Not you. You aren’t eating it or paying for it. We asked for a number 2 double with cheese. The customer service at this place is extremely poor, and I strongly advise against visiting. The Spanish employee who was rude to us acted unprofessionally. Despite spending hundreds of dollars on food for a small gathering, we were denied a couple of boxes or bag by the staff. I do not recommend Burger King at all.
