Food was very good, but it was too pricey for what we got. Atmosphere was nice, service was fine, and food was very tasty. The menu is good, comprehensive. Best item we got was the blistered edamame. So good we found a recipe so we can make it at home. The other food, the udon soup, the shrimp dish, the sushi, it was all fine. Highly variable -- a good meal one day, a bad one another day. We have eaten there perhaps five times over the past year, because it is convenient. On some previous occasions, we have had good sushi and so-so sushi, and some cooked appetizers that were fine. A respectable suburban approximation of Japanese food. Surprised we haven't been coming for years. It is so good that we are now almost once a week visitors. Appetizers are uniformly delicious. The sushi is well prepared and delicious. Noodles get good reviews by my family. Service is attractive but discrete. We recommend this place without reservations.
