We always get our special occasion cakes from Sweet Thyme and the red velvet holiday cake did not disappoint. Not too sweet, festively decorated, and wonderful service as usual. Thank you!
A cute little bakery, but they only have bread starting 3 PM, so only cake/cookies were available when I stopped by. I enjoyed the Mocha Chocolate Rolled Slice ($6.95), which was light and fluffy with pleasant light flavor, though a touch dry. The Green Tea Azuki Bean Sliced Cheese Cake ($4.95) wasn't very good though -- the crust was very meh and the flavor a bland azuki bean one with minimal green tea. I got the green tea cheese cake slice and a cannoli. The cannoli was delicious. The packaging is beautiful. It would be very impressive to bring something from here as a gift.I was however disappointed with the cheesecake. I love cheesecake, this just wasn’t my favorite.
