jose is the best person to ever be in the dunkins industry. The qay he just…IDK MAKES HIS FOOD! ITS SO-S-S-SO GOOD! His eyes shine brightly when talking to customers, and hes a car guy?!,!,?,??!!. They leave a lot to be desired. I was the only customer inside the store and I stayed 6 minutes in front of the counter waiting to be served. I gave up waiting and went to another dunkim shop in woburn where I was treated very well.They leave a lot to be desired. I was the only customer inside the store and I spent 6 minutes in front of the counter waiting to be served. I gave up waiting and went to another dunkim store in woburn, where I was very well taken care of.

I'm disappointed, not sure if I should laugh or cry. It was 6:30am and it was my first time ordering the tomato pesto grilled cheese sandwich. What I got was a half of a sandwich, where is the grilled cheese part and the other bread. The tomato pesto part is okay but where's the other part of the sandwich.
