Okay great location but too many panhandlers, the outdoor drive thru pickup is trashed it’s horrible and ugly needs a cleanup a hell of a power wash, the electronic systems outside are pretty bent out of shape the place needs some personal and mechanical attention. I've been coming to this Dunkin for years and usually have a fine experience, but recently the atmosphere there has been awful! I ordered two wake up wraps through the app and when I went in to pick it up I looked in the bag and it didnt look like wraps so I asked if they were wraps and the person who made my food told me no, it was a sandwich. My sista and I came through the drive thru in the morning there was nobody in line at all or nothing but they were in such a rush trying to get us out the drive thru that when my sista got her chai latte we thought they put caramel inside even though we didn’t ask but instead we got it on the SIDE?. I know the worker was aware too so that’s just very disgusting. Do better
