Very bad serviceTo the customer, one hour of waiting for delivery. And after that hour of waiting they tell me that the delivery will not be able to reach where I am. They charged me the money and then told me that in order to receive a refund I must wait until 2:00 for the supposed manager to arrive to reimburse me. I don't recommend this at all.
Just received the my food, the order was almost right. They forgot to give us the soda. When called the woman said that " oh yes we got the soda because the order was made online". When asked if someone can drop it, I was told that she had to call here manager and will call me back in 5 minutes. That didn't happened, I waited 20 minutes later for her to say she can refund me back 2 dollar or I can pick it up in the morning? I spent $115.64 I also gave them a tip. Honestly, the best steak tacos I’ve had in a long time also have the chicken fingers and french fries and sweet plantains and they were all good food was hot and has an amazing taste.
