Very very confused by the negative reviews. I must have the best luck in the world! I have never had a bad experience here. I've eaten in, ordered to go, grabbed quick pickup from the shelf from online order, and had multiple catering orders as well. My most recent experiences were with catering. I ordered two big garden salads both times for a group of 20 at work lunch. Orders were correct and delicious. The menu that I wanted to try was out of order, I ordered mango smoothy and paid 6.69 before tax, but it was in a small cup (like tall size in Starbucks or looks smaller than that). I expected a bigger size than that. I was only going here bc they were the only one who opened after 8 pm on Sunday night. I don't think I would ever order smoothy with them.

The guy preparing my food was awesome and courteous. I wish I got his name. The cashier was annoying but friendly. Panera never disappoints regarding food and beverages. Service was quick and correct during the lunch rush hour.
