Cannot speak to the "atmosphere" as I only ever order delivery. However, my favorite thing about Pleasant Pizza is the consistency. The steak and cheese is the same, every time I order. The pizza is good, new england pizza and you get what you ask for every single time. Never had any problems, no complaints, quick delivery.
Welp, Yelp! Just got my order for 4.. 2 steak and cheese, a meatball sub and I thought I ordered the Mediterranean platter (even repeated it). The subs were great! Everyone enjoyed. I'm not so sure I got the Mediterranean Platter though.. although it was good.. was just not what I remember from ordering it in the past and missing hummus and tzatziki :( Anyway - posted a pic of my meal.

Had a pleasant experience with Pleasant Pizza tonight. Ordered 3 pizzas, with delivery. They’ve always been very trustworthy with our food allergies. I mistakenly overpaid the delivery person an extra $20 dollars. I had no clue. He came back a few minutes later to let me know. I appreciated the honesty. The Highlander pizza with sausage and ricotta was great.
