“Recently went to a family party and sampled everything (of course). The chicken fingers were all white meat and obviously homemade; they were amazing. There were several small pizzas with an array of topping. Each had a crispy crust that was complimented by the right amount of sauce, cheese, etc. The salads had fresh feta and a generous amount of dressing; the house (Greek) was the favorite.“
“I was in Twaithes across the street the other day and decided to go in on a whim. I saw the sign saying they had Caribbean food, and wanted to get some empanadas and tostones. The owner insisted I try some of the other food they had, and man was I glad I did. I didn't want to just take free food from him, but I couldn't resist. My kids raved about the rice and beans, and he also gave me some sort of slow cooked ribs. Holy hawk were they good. I grew up in Methuen, (went to Oakland Ave elementary school) but don't live that close anymore. Regardless, I'll be back, and I highly recommend the Caribbean food options. So good.“
“Dined there last night and the food was as great as always. I got the Chicken Scampi, everything was on point. It was unfortunate that a customer allowed their child to shriek out and run around the restaurant. I know there is nothing management can do, but it is still a pet peeve. The reason I have a concern is that I walk with a prosthetic leg and tripping over a child is NOT a good start to the evening. I can absolutely guarantee you the Olive Garden’s food is better than what they give you at Holy Family Hospital. Anyway, the one issue the restaurant can address is the hostess’s attitude, it stunk. She just threw the menu on the table and didn’t say a word. Aside from the server’s lackluster attitude and the child running around, the meal was very good and my server was very good. I will be back.“
“We ❤️ Al fresco s. Fine fresh Italian cuisine. The best in town . They got a market also that you can grab some pre made lunch or dinners. Also so fresh. Call place your order you pick it up then. Lil shopping at market ?Parking: Alfresco s is very busy but they have off street parking. You don't wait more than a few minutes for a spot. People are dining in there s pickups then shopping at the market but the turn around is pretty fast so no worries ?“
“Good to see this small gem of a restaurant made it through COVID. Family run. Tucked away in a small strip mall. Unusual menu of Italian and authentic Argentinian dishes (my wife and I have been to Argentina). We all started with Empanadas, choice of 6 kinds. Two are sufficient for most people. Choice of baked or fried (we chose baked). Very good. My wife had the Canelones ala Bechamel (stuffed crepes). Very good. My son went for the Salmone alla Jesica (cheese stuffed salmon). Very good as well. I had classic Veal Florintina. Again very good, but too large a serving. Unusual for us, we went for dessert. My son tried the Copa Stracciatella (a chocolate chip gelato), my wife the dulce de leche Flan, and I had the Connoli. Excellent. Extensive wine list. Bottled beer only with an interesting Argentinian beer. Good service.“
“Great food, Great Staff, and Great atmosphere. I highly recommend either their mashed potatoes or loaded potatoes along with your entree. I had their sirloin steak tips and they were cooked to perfection. I also highly recommend their martini's.I will definitely return for dinner again.“
“OMG where to begin? I have been searching for the best pizza for YEARS since moving to MA, and I’ve finally found it! The Sicilian pizza is the perfect blend of sauce, crust, and cheese. The crust is fresh, thick, and both crusty and chewy, the sauce is slightly sweet, and the cheese was perfect - no unevenness. It was delivered hot, and their delivery person was courteous and followed delivery instructions. If I could give this 10 stars I would! Amici’s has gained a new lifelong customer. Can I buy stock in this place?! Their food is SOOOOO GOOD!!!“
“Took my 5 year old on a busy Friday night and we were treated like gold. What a friendly staff! Even in the middle of the dinner rush we had several staff come by to say hi and ask how everything was; it was delicious by the way! They had live music which was an added bonus. It was a solo guitarist and he was perfect for dinner time. Not so loud you couldn’t have a conversation. All around great experience.“
“Best Italian food I’ve ever had. I’ve been to this restaurant 3 times and each time I’m so happy we came. The restaurant itself is beautiful inside with paintings of Italy. And I really like the private tucked away booth seating. The wait staff, food, and atmosphere is great every time.“
“We've been here dozens of times and have never had a bad meal. The food is truly of superior quality, in a classy setting! The service is also great, although the last two times we've had the same waiter and feel that he is not at the same level as the waitresses we've had the pleasure of interacting with. We'll continue to enjoy meals at Grazie and consider it one of the top restaurants in the Merrimack Valley.“
“The staff is always great. From friendly reception and hosts and every server we have ever had. Jackie is especially great and thank her for being attentive to our requests. Always friendly and appreciative of us dining there. The Lamb Shank special and Lobster Fra Diavlo was fantastic.“
“Went here on a Friday night. A nice cozy atmosphere that was relaxing. Wasn’t too crowded. The crowd is older which I love. The food was great and well priced. Felt like a great value. They have a lot of different Italian dishes, and combos if you want to try different things all at once.Bread and oil to start! The waitress was extremely nice, and she genuine and attentive. Don’t get service like that many places anymore.Parking and getting out of the parking lot when it’s busy can be difficult, but worth it. Just be patient.“
“We've been coming here for years and they are super consistent with good quality food and good service. My kids think their pizza is best in town. I love the steak or chicken salads, the fresh pita bread on the side is also a favorite.“
“My wife and I have been going to Joseph’s for 20 years and it is by far our favorite restaurant in the area. We’ve visited Italy six times and one of our favorite things to do there is dining out. We’ve had dozens of excellent meals in Italy and we would put Joseph’s right up there with some our favorites in Italy. The original location will always have a special place in our hearts, but the new downtown location has a great atmosphere and the same amazing food.“
“As someone who worked at Angelina's in high school as my first job, I still love coming here for dinner as it has a family atmosphere and delicious food. The martinis are the cheapest in Tewksbury but they don't cheap out on the liquor. I highly recommend to anyone looking for delicious Italian food at reasonable Prices“
“The food was good, service was only ok. Lot to choice from the menu. So I picked Bibimbap, a dish I always want to try because all the K drama always eat that. I had the most expensive seafood bibimbap for $17. It has shrimps, scallops, squid, and mussels with the spicy sauce ?“
“We have been going to George's since I was younger and before it moved to it's current location and the pizza is still as good as it was years ago.Parking: Can be hard to park when the other businesses are getting deliveries. But as far as I am concerned the parking is a small issue for great pizza“
“We went here on Valentine's Day for dinner. Food was amazing! For an appetizer, we had fried calamari with hot peppers. For the main course, I ordered Pasta Gamberi with Shrimp and hubby enjoyed Chicken Cacciatore. For a drink, I enjoyed an espresso martini. I enjoyed a Pistachio Ricotta Cake. Highly recommend and would definitely go back!“
“We tried this Edifer Pizza last night. We ordered two small pizzas and a chicken burrito - takeout. We were happy with our order. The burrito was solid, and I liked the hot sauce / salsa that came on the side. The pizza had a crisp crust and was very cheesy. Online ordering with Toast was super easy, as I use that for other local restaurants and already had an account. The staff was friendly. We will go again.“
“Balducci's is one of the better pizza joints in the area. I would consider it to be slightly underrated. If youre looking for a decent italian slice, give them a shot.Pizza is thin, not too crispy, with good flavors all around.Note to owner: Please season your french fries heavier.Vegetarian options: Veggie toppingsParking: Free parking lot“
“Things to try: classic gyro, calzones, pizza, steak & cheese, chicken parm & tour of Italy. Everything is delicious but these are some of the most notable dishes. You won’t be disappointed. The picture is one of the Valentine’s Day specials, the center cut sirloin with scallops.“
“The food here comes in large portions that will easily fill you up. The servings are so big that you might need to bring someone to share with. The service is quick, so you can eat and leave quickly. The flavors are strong and the ingredients are fresh, making every dish delicious. Whether you want something salty or sweet, this place has big portions to satisfy you.“
“Good parking behind the building. Greeted by Lisa slash waitress very friendly helped us with menu .We ask about menu and opening and closing time. I had the steak tip Bennie,Steak, which was a 9.5 taste sweet and good-sized eggs that were soft with a Portuguese like muffins .“
“Went there thinking classic Italian. Boy was I wrong! So many Mediterranean dishes, amazing steak and STRONG drinks! Calamari was tender and delicious, prime rib rare as you want it, and the Mediterranean platter with hummus, grape leaves, and everything else amazing!!!“
“Old school market with amazing deli and hot food selections. Got to try the garlic, cheese, tomato sausageVegetarian options: So many optionsDietary restrictions: So many options it's crazy. Should be able to find what you're looking forParking: Big parking lot and need be off side street parkingKid-friendliness: Super easy place to get in and out of with the kidsWheelchair accessibility: Do have a wheel chair ramp“
