this is a really nice location. i came today for a quick sandwich while i sent some emails for work, and it was a really nice experience. the only place in town where the music isn't blaring. it's actually, soft background music. every time i try and work at a coffee shop the music is so loud i have to leave. i appreciated the soft music and quiet atmosphere even during a busy lunch. the order kiosk is a nice touch to skip the line. good came out hot and fresh. and an employee...read full review

Much better than the Seabrook NH one which is extremely dirty and employees are miserable and rude. The one in Newburyport is clean, nice people to deal with and hard working. Many people have stopped going to Paneras in Seabrook. As a Uber driver I hear everything from customers.
