Yes, both very welcoming & inviting while enjoying my delicious hot fudge sundae which I've grown up w/ dating back to either the late 70's or early 80's (i.e. Natick on RTE 9 E). Yummy!Anyway, please keep up the great work & I sure DO hope I can come back again soon.Beth Budner, Auburndale, MA!

Kids found a weak spot in me, on a Sunday travel basketball game ride home...everyone clamored for a shamrock shake and a deserved snack...despite my deepest but loud inner voice, I weakly gave in! 45 mins later after entering the store/ordering, at 1030a (read not rush hour nor particularly busy) our what otherwise 10 min detour turned to disappointment and regret!
