I’ve been ordering takeout food from cafe evolution on a regular basis during the pandemic. Love the peanut sauce, salsa, tofu, barbecue tempeh, soups and chili. All delicious! The peanut butter cups are devine! The mint chocolate cupcakes are scrumptious. I also love the homemade veggie pot and samosa pies, which come with unique toppings from mango to mushroom gravy. Casual vegetarian coffee shop offering light lunch fare, smoothies & vegan breads & sweets. Very funky atmosphere. Play the piano if the urge strikes you. The food is first-rate. Some very creative vegetarian recipes.

Trish and Starr are superb! We ordered a large amount of deserts for a catered event and throughout the process Trish was super helpful and kind. The food was amazing as always. The guests were delighted with the delicious food and beverages. Café Evolution is a yummy staple in our community!!!
