“The food was off the chain. The service was great no long wait. As soon as you walked in the owner makes you feel welcome. The free parking makes the this experience so amazing . You don't feel the rush to leave because your worried about getting a parking ticket. It's free parking, which means I can sit back relax and enjoy my amazing food. I'm definitely going back. This is now my favorite place to get food.“
“Today was my first visit to Teapot after many years. I was so pleased with the beautiful Asian decor and the delicious food. The restaurant was very clean, too. It was really nice to be able to watch the big screen TV during my meal. The prices are great because of the quantity and quality of the food and atmosphere.“
“Not usually in the area and decided to drop by as we were passing through. So glad we did! Excellent food and service, and we are super picky about our sushi. The only negative is that the decor is seriously dated, but honestly didn't really care :)“
“The stewed pork combo was super rich. Flavorful but not in a "fake" way with chili's or salt. I've never had Chinese food this hearty - I feel full in that "Thanksgiving" sense. The pork tastes high qualityIs $14 a little higher? My opinion doesn't matter haha. What I will say is that for $14 you should expect the food to provide the type of rich experience to deserve it and Lilis food delivers.Usually Chinese places appeal to my desire for inexpensive but tasty and filling food while traveling - Lilis, I would go to specifically to treat myself, to treat someone else. That's a categorical difference that makes Lilis special - to me anyway! I'll probably come back when I'm around Amherst in the future.“
“Went their for dinner with my wife, we'd been fighting and needed a place that was calm to bond over food. The place was chill and we found some calm in being surrounded by students. Thanks, better than marriage counseling...did I mention the food was hot, quick and delicious.“
“Great food at a great price. We had Singapore chicken and hibachi chicken and shrimp, and all were delicious. Staff are very friendly and helpful, and they even threw in a free sushi roll since it was my dad's birthday. They definitely don't skimp on portion sizes, so count on having leftovers.“
“Best Chinese food in Western Ma.I order ahead and have to drive 30 minutes , the order is always ready and employees friendly !! Won't go anywhere else since my son turned me onto to my NEW favorite Chinese take out !!!Parking: Never a problem finding a parking space.Very large lot and you can always find a space pretty close to the entrance!“
“Absolutely delicious! We had the Special The Dancing Lobster and this dish alone was mouthwatering. The ginger is cut perfectly so you can enjoy a piece with each bite of lobster. We also had the General Chicken tso it was absolutely delicious, each bite crunchy and bursting with flavor. For sides we ordered House fried rice. This rice is a must it has chicken, shrimp, and beef and is the best rice I’ve had yet. Seating was fast and easy. Service was great especially for the crowd they had.“
“Finally got to come here walnut chicken, salt and pepper pork, pork with vegetables and mustard greens. All home made. Everything fresh. Delicious and savory. Plus home made Hong Kong pot stickers. Outstanding. We will be coming here often. Small place “
“The food is awesome, they treated me to everything on the house and kept calling me "Big King"then they kept feeding me general Tsao's chicken and kept telling me how proud they were for eating so much, then they gave me pepsi and pork buns, I was happy. Then they offered to drive me home and tuck me in and read me a nice bedtime story, I said yes! I slept very niceand then the next morning they told me they were so happy I ate so much and they made me breakfrast, yummy yum.I liked iti liked the food it was so cool and they give me more food now for free forever and I am happy.Yummy, yum yum yummyI love youok byeVegetarian options: human meatDietary restrictions: milkParking: oneKid-friendliness: they punched my two year old in the faceWheelchair accessibility: walk“
“Have tried the General Tso chicken twice here and love it. Large portions- for $14 I'll personally get 3 meals out of the large serving. The chicken is tender and tasty with a really good sauce. And I don't get an MSG headache after eating it. Unfortunately, during this time of covid they have stopped deliveries and sit down dining. Food is picked up at the door. They offer online ordering. I have many Chinese restaurants near me but it's worth the trip over the mountain to get this food.“
“A definite surprise, once you step in it's lovely compare to it's outside cover. The food is delicious except for the dumpling soup which was bland. The service is good albeit not happy and welcoming but the food and cleanliness makeup the difference.Wheelchair accessibility: Yes accessible but a tight fit thru the door going in. Entrance is far-left door. Almost thought they were closed.“
“I've NEVER had a bad experience at this restaurant. This place is a solid go-to. Their prices are fair value. Their food is always fresh and the rices are always perfectly cooked. Try the lo mein, you'll love it. SEE MORE BELOW.Pro Tips for Orders: Avoid the egg rolls, they're too small for their pice. And always ask for more condiments.“
“Always order takeout, never dine in. The area of this restaurant is extremely sketchy (I live in this part of town, I would know) , but it's not their fault. Food is great for the price. One combination plate lasts you for two or three days !“
“Love their food, always a great dine in experience, but take out was a nightmare. Waited an extra 30 minutes for our order. Ordered online at 7:09, estimated pickup of 20-35 minutes. Yes, they were busy, but food was not ready until after 8. Lots of other people also waiting for food. Perhaps update your online ordering system? Stewed beef soup, Orange Beef, Seaweed Salad. All very tasty. Hot and Sour Soup was cold, (and we live 2 blocks away.)“
