My experience definitely could have been better. Stopped in almost 2 hours before a show across the street and barely finished in time to catch the first song. The place was busy and all visible employees were overwhelmed. The host was pulling double duty as a busperson and the servers had very large sections to tend to. It had been a couple of years, and I wasn't sure if the restaurant had changed hands. No, they are reorganizing, and also working on their website. I went for a burrito bowl, which was prepared at a buffet table at the back of the dining area by a chef who adds plenty of extras according to your orders. So happy to see Mama Iguana's coming back post-covid!Smaller menu but I think this allows them to focus on getting customers back and high quality.Food was superb!Alex was our server and made some great recommendations!
