Tonight we picked up some pizzas for our New Year’s party. I ordered over the phone and requested my pizzas be cooked lightly. When we arrived two of my pizzas were ready, but actually a little dark, and the third was on the way. I mentioned that they looked a little dark and Bridget and Lori launched into action. Love Bertucci's and the Norwood location in particular is fantastic. Staff is always prompt and polite and the food is always excellent. The bar area is nice and laid back. I usually get a sporky or go plain with spaghetti and meatballs (I suggest you order the meat sauce). The rolls are to die for.

I usually only do online orders for pick up, and even these are usually doing down hours, so it's always very quiet when I come in, and no one is immediately managing the pick up register, still I never have to wait long for someone to notice me, and the food is always delicious.
