Really delicious food—the burgers are extremely tender and delicious, and the chicken is excellent. Good shakes as well. The only downside is you need to prepare to wait a bit—we were one of the few tables in there in the evening and it still took almost 50 mins to get our food after ordering. They are clearly putting care into the cooking, for what it’s worth, just be aware and build in a little extra time on your visit.
We stumbled on Hop + Grind by accident and we are so thankful we did! After a long day on the water on a whale watch, my family was hungry! We saw the Northshore Mall from the highway and stopped not knowing what we were going to eat. We have a young son and a picky dad in the group so we needed something that would satisfy everyone. The atmosphere was eclectic, the infusion to the different types of burgers was unique. We ordered the morning glory (amazing!), pig pile fries (so good, couldn’t finish the medium size), rise & fry (had TWO eggs), the hog Marley and a side of Mac and cheese just to try a taste. The strawberry lemonade was refreshing. The service was great!
