“I went to red's tavern first time March 16th 2024 to listen to a band that I follow and get a bite to eat waitress never introduced to self her customer service was awful the place is no good I wouldn't have recommend this place to anybody everybody has their own opinions but my first time going there I will never step in that establishment again they are not comfortable it's not friendly there I had to speak to the boss he went over to speak to the waitress and she just shrugged her shoulders said like who cares her name was Maureen and the manager was Tony very nice guy but it's not the point whoever rates it as a good place that's your opinion my opinion the place awful“
“The fried rice was exceptionally fresh, the ingredients were lively, and the appetizers were well-cooked but not dried out like some other restaurants that do not emphasize that particular detail. The service was excellent and the only downside in my opinion is the small stature of the restaurant itself. Other than that, you can't go wrong.“
“For breakfast they should offer FRUIT and they do not, also the veggie omelets do not have alot of veggies very minimum. If they could offer some healthier options it would be greatly appreciated. Otherwise, food is good, atmosphere is nice, service is friendly.“
“First time popping in and this is an unexpected environment and took me by surprise. This is a classic 50,60s counter ordering type restaurant that you order and pick your own seat. There is a lot of choices from fried seafoods to different type of sub/sandwiches. Took me a little while to pick something because I wanted EVERYTHING. But settled on something my wife and kids would eat. Order came pretty quick. Everything is (well fried foods) good and the roast beef sandwich is pretty on point. The dining area is clean with very interesting classic decoration. Loved the environment. Will consider to pop in again if I am near the area.“
“They have good food and the Nutella empandas are really good ??, the people who work there are very respectful and polite, also the delivery drivers and all very nice! I haven't had nothing bad to say about this restaurant! Thank you guys again, for everything!“
“We had the Pizza, Calzones, Arincini, Meatballs, and Garlic Bread. Everything was AMAZING. Better than homemade. The Spinach and Cheese Calzone was the best I've had. Loaded with spinach and cheese with a thin crust. OMG. Was the best! The Arincini (Rice Balls) were also amazing. My wife is Sicilian and these were as good if not better than hers (don't tell her :) ). The meatballs were absolutely delicious and their home made sauce just made everything even better. The sauce was truly authentic as if we were in Italy. I highly recommend this place.“
“What a wonderful staff. I ordered 6 New England clam bakes to go last week for Fathers Day celebration. My Dad is 94 and this is what he wanted. My pickup time was 3pm, I called 911 at 2 pm because my Dad suddenly became Ill and spiked a fever of 104 degrees. I called to inform C & C, and the wonderful fellow I spoke with was kind and patient, wished us good luck and did not charge us! That gesture of kindness filled my heart! I will give you all my business for the rest of my lifeC & C?“
“Hello one and all,I live in Tewksbury, and I've always frequented Simard's roast beef in Wilmington, formerly Bill and Bob's.Their roast beef has been unsurpassedfor decades, or so I thought. While helping my ex-girlfriend move from Lynn to Peabody, I discovered a hidden gem thanks to her, called Ramzi's Roast Beef in Peabody. She told me that Ramzi's was even better than Simard's. Once I tried it, I immediately became a believer. This is not the most masculine description; but their roast beef is the most succulent and tender roast beef that I've ever had. I personally get it smothered in barbecue sauce, which is the same barbecue sauce that, Simard's, Bill and Bob's and Kelly's uses. (James River BBQ sauce)I wish I lived close to Peabody, as Ramzi's has a very diverse menu; not just roast beef. Their quesadillas are incredible! They also have pizza that is absolutely amazing, and I'm Italian, so I know my pizza.Ramzi's gives incredible portions, and the staff couldn't be more friendly. I have no vested interest in this restaurant, other than my love for their food.Give this hidden gem a try; as their roast beef is even better than Kelly's!Regards,John“
“We decided to take advantage of the Leap Day 2 for $29 steamed lobster special. Apparently MANY others did also. The restaurant was crowded, yet not at all chaotic. Service was great, and all of us ( the 2 lobster eaters and those who chose haddock and rainbow trout) enjoyed our meals.“
“First experience and was very impressed. Filet mignon cooked exactly as requested with a lobster risotto topped with two scallops which was a perfect complement to the meal. Member of my table also got the A5 Wagyu and that experience alone was pretty insane. Our waiter Ted was very knowledgeable and provided great service. Expensive, but for their execution on the food and service it is well worth it in my opinion.“
