We usually like going to Friendlys for dinner,Today we decided to take the grandkids for Ice Cream Sundaes which they were excited about.,We all ordered large Sundaes and I couldn’t believe it, there was hardly any ice cream in it. My granddaughter had a ton of hot fudge sauce and whipped cream, and a tiny bit of ice cream. Very disappointing to say the least. The order was wrong. The food was not as warm as it should be. Staff were very good at fixing the problems. Portions are very small from what they used to be.This time, our order was correct, hot, had delicious. The only problem this time, was one of the managers, upon seeing there were six of us, said we should have called first. How many families are out running their errands on a day the kids are out of school & call in a reservation before they go to Friendly's .... much less...read full review

The waitress Julia was very sweet and always pleasant, and we never had to wait for anything. She always asked if we needed anything and made us feel right at home. Not many workers or restaurants make you feel welcomed or important the way she does.
