i love going to this locatio. They're always very nice, attentive and efficient. I probably go for shakes a couple times per month and sit down to have dinner maybe 1-2x per month. It's one of my first choices as I'm not a drinker and prefer the simplicity of an old fashioned ice cream diner. My literal only complaint is that the company removed the reuben from their menu and replaced it with something similar but not nearly as good. Hopefully they'll reconsider in the near future.
Friendly's has maybe 3 dishes I order and I love getting ice cream here. I ordered ahead but still there was a wait time but that wasn't long at all. The establishment needs updating badly , maybe even add some kid friendly games and send offers through emails. The sandwich honey BBQ chicken supermelt was very very heavy just too much chicken and BBQ sauce so I did not eat much I knew I would feel sick after but my fiance ate his and he did end up with a bad stomach ache. Friendlys cut corners too much with food quality. Bring back crinkle cut fries instead of those McDonald type ones.I know it's not the restaurants fault.Ice-cream still good. It was better before they started cheaping out.
