“Great food! A little pricey but worth it.Update: I'm going back. We went at 4:30 PM. the place was packed. That's a good sign. We had the fish and chips. It was incredible!!! The fish was dipped in a Guinness beer batter. OMG, so good the portions were huge. The cold slaw was perfect. Best cole slaw on the south shore. The staff is absolutely delightful. They act like they are all best friends. It really added to the experience.Parking: The parking can be tricky depending on the season.Kid-friendliness: First off: this is a tavern, a bar. However, the kids get the same respect and a little more attention then the parents. I would take my grandchildren there.“

“As a group of four, everyone was very satisfied with their meal except for myself. The order of coconut shrimp and my crab cake were a little disappointing. Just not what I'm used to I guess. The others meals, lobster, fish and whole belly clams were thoroughly enjoyed by the others. (1 a chef and the other a local foodie). This was my second time and I would still go again as I love the location, service and atmosphere. Definitely a great place with a large menu full of choices.“

“The fish is pretty good. I ordered fried smelts this time which are hard to find elsewhere. It came with rather blah fries and a small container of cole slaw. You order at the counter which was quick even though it's usually very busy there. The food came out within 5 minutes. Staff is efficient and friendly. The prices are very reasonable as well. The only problem I've ever encountered was trying to find a table. The place is small and they do a phenomenal business. They've added outdoor seating but, it still isn't enough during prime tourist season.“

“Great local restaurant and great deal. WALK TO THE EAST END OF THE RESTAURANT. During a weekday, the other doors were locked. We lucked out and came on 50 cent wing day. Shanty rub is the best choice for wings. They get the skin on the wings perfectly crispy. Awesome place to come from a boat, as you can see the docks. Staff was wonderful.“

“The food is some of the best in Plymouth. The 2 for $65 deal has some excellent choices when you go. The portions are massive as well. You will not leave hungry. Can not speak more highly of the food. The service isn’t the best. It very much depends who you get. The first time I went the waitress was awful and she tried to charged me incorrectly twice. The 2nd time I went the service was excellent but the table next to me was very vocal about the service. They really did not like the hostess stand.“

“This is a fresh seafood market with a live lobster tank and about 5 small tables if you want to eat there. Mainly delivery/ market I think. We ate there anyway. I had a 1/4lb lobster roll with fries and my mother had fried scallops and a salad. Both were very good and obviously fresh. I'd go back to get a couple lobsters or some fresh fish to go, but otherwise I'd just get it delivered.“

“An unexpected pleasure! We hadn't been in Plymouth for ages...coming back from the cape and looking for a restaurant that wasn't fast food or a chain and stumbled on to Nicole's...right on the harbor with delicious food and delightful service. For lunch I had the "Pilgrim Wrap" that was a Thanksgiving feast in a grilled wrap, the turkey was thick sliced and roasted in house with stuffing and cranberry sauce...incredible for sure. Served with fries that the owner assured us were like McD's only better and she was spot on. Next trip we'll try breakfast which is their specialty.“

“Let me first say that it’s great to have a quality restaurant in Cedarville. Okay, the food:So I’ve ordered about a dozen times now. The pizza was nothing to brag about. But everything else I’ve ordered from here has been some of the tastiest, most delectable food I’ve had in a long time. I’m a clam chowder “snob” having lived on Cape Cod most of my life, and their chowder rivals some of the best I’ve ever eaten. Their buffalo wings and BBQ chicken tenders (the BBQ sauce especially) isn’t just “good,” it tastes amazing. Their burgers are delicious. Their loaded nachos are just that - loaded. And also delicious! What sets PPH apart for me though is the uniqueness of the taste of everything. I’ve never had chowder that tastes like this, never had BBQ sauce that tastes like this, etc. and by the time you’re in your mid 40s, it takes a lot for food to stand out to you, as by that time you’ve eaten a lot of food! There are little things that I could pick apart- pizza is a bit too greasy, the chicken can be a bit too tough sometimes- but these little things are nowhere near enough of a big deal for me to not give the food a STRONG 5 stars. So the service and the atmosphere both suffer from the same problem- around dinner time, this place is MOBBED. And I don’t just mean “busy,” I’m mean MOBBED. And that’s completely understandable given that the food is that good in a spot in town where there isn’t anything even close to the quality of PPH. As a DoorDash driver, I’m constantly in and out of here picking orders up, and when it’s busy, they’re often not ready on time, and sometimes by a good margin. And in the Covid era we live in, the waiting area is packed to the rafters with people. They do their best to accommodate with seats, but often the tiny waiting area is 20-30 people deep. And this is really my lone problem with PPH. And this problem is happening because this restaurant is just that damn good. The staff aren’t unkind or unknowledgeable or anything, they’re just absolutely swamped with things to do because of the volume of customers and orders, that sometimes it’s not the easiest to get someone’s attention. And sometimes some of them can get a bit agitated when being asked repeatedly where orders are. And I get it, it can’t not be stressful working there when it gets mobbed. But they’re going to have to both hire more staff soon, and/or make an addition to the waiting area, as the place continues to gain more and more customers, deservedly. In the end, the quality of the food completely trumps any atmosphere or service problems, which are completely derived from the fact that this is the best food in town, hands down.5 stars“
