On a cold, rainy March night, Liz's was the perfect anecdote. My partner shared that they make the best Martinis here. "Not too much Vermouth," she remarked to a knowing bartender when he visited our table to check up on his concoctions. This was our second visit, separated by a year, and this time for dinner. We visit Provincetown each year, off season. It's a small place, very cozy, with quirky but not jarring decor. They have a thoughtful airlock around the entry to keep diners comfortable. A constellation of winking lights makes the ceiling seem to recede. It was packed when I arrived but they attended to me immediately and got me my food super quickly despite the rush! Very kind servers. And the breakfast potatoes were some of the best I've ever had.
