Teach your staff that most sandwiches don't come with cheese. I keep order hamburgers because of a dairy allergy and keep getting cheese I didn't pay for.

I’m not sure if this BK is under new management but the man working the window was IMMACULATE. I wish I got his name. I have never had better service at any other fast food restaurant. My whopper was so fresh I orbited into space. He made me smile and the food was so so good. YOU GUYS RULE!

I've taken my kids 3 nights to eat ice cream and cookies for dessert over Memorial Day weekend at this location. The treats were good but customer service by manager was less than satisfactory. I asked for two small cups for ice water and he told me I have to pay $1.49 for each cup(a cup not a bottle). I said it's just for ice water and he said it's $1.49 a cup. After we received our treats I walked out to my car and grabbed my kids sports bottles. This will be the last time I visit the Adams St location and will now be visiting the other Quincy location. I know it's petty but for some reason it bothered me. Paying customers shouldn't have to pay for tap water out of the fountain machine

Got straightforward order wrong THREE TIMES, at the initial order, then gave me someone else's order at the window, then left items out of order I received!!!

I tried ordering an impossible whopper meal and requested the vegetarian option of cooking the meat in a microwave and was denied in a response that they don’t have a microwave at that location. What’s the point of selling a vegetarian burger cooked on the same grill as a non-vegetarian burger.

We went today and it was extremely busy. However, the guy who took our drive through order was so nice and welcoming. I noticed how the drive through line just kept getting longer as well as customers waiting in store. I forgot his name, but I think it started with an A. He was extremely patient as I ordered around $41 worth of food. It was an excellent experience and the fact that he was so kind as well as thoughtful when they were experiencing an abundant amount of orders is really amazing. The food continues to be great and convenient as always.
