This was our first time trying The Fowler House Cafe. We arrived at 4:00 on a Saturday the restaurant was not that busy. We waited for about 10 minutes before our sever arrived (Stella) she asked what we wanted for a drink, I had the Angry Orchard, and My wife wanted the Strawberry Margarrita. Our sever said we don't have Strawberry Margarritas, so my wife asked what do you have, our sever replied I don't drink alcohol so pick something. Our server said wait I will be right back. 10 minutes passed, and she came back. we now have Strawberry Margarritas, but it's made with syrup. We placed our order one Fowler House pizza a salad and nachos. The pizza tasted like it was frozen. The nachos. The cheese was hard. When you picked one nacho up, you had 25 stuck together. Our sever came by once to pick up the plates, and my wife told her her Margarrita tasted like there was no alcohol in it. Our server (Stella) became very angry at us from that point on. She reached over the table, no excuse me or I'm sorry she just said I will take that no drink for you.Left her with nothing to drink. Our sever came back and angrily said in the future tell me this before you drink your drink. Our server said she would take care of the drink, but in the future, don't ever do that again when you come here. (There won't be a future in there. )The manager would watch us from a distance but never come to the table. We were never offered a dessert or coffee. The check was slammed on the table, like get out. I approached the manager and told her what happened, but it fell on deaf ears. She said she would tell the owners. Well, you live and learn. Never again. Oh, one more thing to Stella lay off the perfume our food tasted like it.

My second visit and last! I asked the bartender to make me a drink and when it was served, I took my first sip and immediately realized it was not made correctly. When the bartender came over, I had politely asked how she made this drink so I could better assist with making it the proper way so I could enjoy, she abruptly stated "she did not know how she made it" and then said, "this is how we make this drink here." Both myself and company I sat with at the bar was taken aback by her short and unprofessional response and quickly packed up and left. several patrons were lost this day by this business due to this Bartender's disposition. I will not return and would not recommend to anyone looking for a comfortable place to enjoy a drink. It only takes 1 bad attitude or unprofessional response to lose meaningful business... Do Better Fowler House!

Yesterday I called Fowler House to make a reservation for last night. I was told they don't take reservations on the weekend but it wouldn't be a problem just showing up at 6:15 there would be plenty of room. I arrived at 6:15 the restaurant was crowded and the receptonist asked if I had a reservation. Of course the answer was no because they didn't take reservations on the weekend and that the wait would be between 30 minutes and 90 minutes. I don't know what the reservation policy is and I'm very reluctant to go back. What is the policy and will they inform the staff what the policy is supposed to be and post it on the website?
I loved this place but every time we come here its something! Figured I’d give it another shot we both work late it was 945 we had to wait 10mins be asking us if we wanted something to drink you think she would say if u want something it needs to before 10 bye time she came back it’s only appetizers only and mussels and suddenly mussels are not appetizers even though it’s on the appetizer list! you think they would’ve made them since it only takes a few minutes!!!Instead they us the same oil for everything!I spoke people work till nine it’s hard to get here by 10 but suddenly it’s just pizza and appetizers!! and what do you consider a takeout?

Service is amazing! The front hostess who is blonde, Casey, she's a bit younger but is so helpful! She's very efficient at her job and quicker than the servers to get what we need. As well as amazing food to top off the service!!!
