Came for brunch. Both Benedict’s and Sashuka had eggs with rock hard yolks. Frittata was overcooked and dry and only ate one bite. Sent back the Benedict’s -no apology and long wait for replacements. Waitress didn’t ask why the frittata was barely touched. A waste of $200. Won’t be back.

We had such a nice time here! Appetizers were fantastic, the drinks were beyond delicious! And we all really enjoyed our dinner. It was a nice to have a group of four coworkers at a nice place, great service, and really good vibes. Definitely would go again!!

Great local establishment featuring a modern take on American fare. Drinks were complex without being too pricey and all the food I had was great. I really recommend the duck, really neat balance of textures and tastes combined to make quite a delicious dish. The owner was there working himself which is always a great sign and shows their passion and commitment to quality and service. I walked 2 miles to get there and it was definitely worth it, go try it for yourself.

The most tender balls in all of Quincy! We had the Korean duck meatballs tonight and they were incredible. I love the constantly evolving menu and well-crafted

The best spot in the neighborhood! Everything I've tried here is freaking amazing! The duck is divine and the short rib was heavenly. Friendly service, and the prices are extremely reasonable for both the neighborhood and the food quality.

Idle Hour is always an incredible dining experience, whether you are coming for brunch, dinner, or snacking your way through a night cap. Amazing food, great cocktails, and it's right in the heart of Quincy Center. I can't recommend this place enough!

Really enjoyed this place! Cool vibe. The music - and 80s and 90's mix - was perfect! Our service was wonderful. Food was tasty and great selection of apps for sharing. Will definitely go back!

Great place for casual dining. The staff is friendly, food is delicious and the price point is on point. I’ll be back!

Very expensive place for what you get. "Small plates" menu but they charge full price for each item. They also have the temerity to charge a "kitchen fee" on top of the high cost of your dinner.I would only recommend this place for cocktails, but be prepared to pay a lot for them. The place has a nice atmosphere and bar.

Service was excellent. Brunch food was ok. I like that their brunch menu was small, which usually means the food would be good or great. But that’s not the case — Two small pancakes were expensive and no fruits option, the frittata was ok, and the coffee was weak. That’s why the owner or manager got his Starbucks coffee and drinking it in front of the customers while telling them at the bar that he likes it better. Nice way of selling upselling your restaurant’s coffee and brand.

Super nice little place with great food ?We sat at the bar and the bartenders were busy but did a great job attending to us and checking in! Apps were delicious, got the mozzarella stick and the ricotta toast. Food took a little while but they were busy and everything was delicious.

Every cocktail made to spec with perfect accuracy. Mostly all takes on classics so heavier on the alcohol side which is rare and amazing these days. Ace bartenders. And the forbidden rice with the Long Island duck was ridiculously good. First time I’ve had it and it overshadowed a 5 star duck. Zach the manager walked us through the menu like a gent. This block in Quincy has the best of the best and this is #1.

Visited on our way to Chelan. Service was friendly and attentive. We had a Cesar salad and Italian pizza, both were tasty…though I’d like to try something different next time. They served a local wine that was delicious. Appreciate them supporting local business.
