Honestly, placed a $53 order for my kids. You forgot an entire happy meal. Forgot all condiments. The rest of the food was saturated in the slushie I ordered way to prove you don't care about your job or people in general. Yuck.

One of if not the worst McDonald’s in the US. Nobody’s been to more McDonald’s than me. This is the worst. I only leave reviews when they’re bad! You have to be exceptional to get a positive review from me and McDonald’s will probably never see that.

The “manager” with the ponytail at the drive through taking orders needs to either get retrained or just quit if he’s so miserable. How do you sass a customer for asking for a tray when they spend 50 dollars on food. Instead of spending so much money on renovations should probably hire better people to work here. Will be going to Wendy’s and Popeyes across the street from now on.

Very rude and slow services. Have to wait for one ice coffee for 30mins. When there is a woman trying to skip the line I told her we are waiting in line here and the employee told me it doesn’t matter and mind my own business.

A brand new place for nothing…machines will not give you receipt, no one at the cash register, one there were one guy doing it all by himself while others just cross their hands, 30 plus minutes to get your 3 sandwich order, people walking away (canceling their order for waiting too long), others calls the lady (that was there with her hands crossed) I guess because they speak spanish got their order first, this guy is running like crazy to help everyone( shame on you to have 1 person doing it all)…what a bad beyond bad experience…!! At 10PM is this bad I can’t imagine in the morning! You need to get people that speaks English in a way to help out, also more staff knowing the guys was by himself!
