I didn't like people talking over the food,we need to raise the standards in most restaurants and cafés, not just here..no one had their hair in nets, the whole time they were talking and laughing over the food, anything can fly out your mouth and into the food...try wearing

Be careful of what they put in the bag for you, make sure you check if all your food is in the bag in front of them or employees will accused you of stealing. I was treated that way today when they forgot to give me my sandwich with my soup order. Never left the store, had no bags on me, thin jacket and leggings on so I don’t know where I “supposedly” stash a full size sub. Oh, I must have stuffed it down my throat in the split seconds that I opened the bag to put some napkins in? Employees need to be more respectful and stop accusing patrons and own up to their mistakes.

It was my first at Panera withMy girlfriend and I had no idea what to get and this man Thomas at the register made a great suggestion and I was more than satisfied. He was very professional and polite. It’s because of people like Thomas, people will keep coming back.

I did an online order that was supposed to be ready at 5:17pm. There was a delay and the order wasn't ready until 5:34pm. This is not a problem except I could overhear the workers joking about only 9% of their orders meeting the promised time. They should know that everything they were saying could be heard by their customers waiting for their orders.The food was good except the soup was saltier than I expected. It went well with the sandwich but too salty on its own. I ordered baguette with the soup i ordered and a slice of baguette was in the bag of food with nothing covering it... just thrown into the bag.
We had to wait a little bit for our frozen caramels, but it was totally worth it. Bagels are delicious as usual.

Had a catering order delivered yesterday. The sandwiches were horrible. They were mostly bread/lettuce and tomato. We didn't eat most if it. I have always had good luck with panera catering but this was a dismal failure. The strawberry salad had two half strawberries in it and the fruit cup was sour. 200.00 worth of bread/lettuce....
