Don’t get scammed! Be careful on their drink prices. I took my friend with me for karaoke, we ordered a Korean brand drink , it is very popular in the restaurant, We ordered 3 , When I paid my bill after I got home, I saw on my receipt, they charged $100 for three bottles drinks . I called them said they charge way too much , they said it is the price, because this is karaoke place . I said it is way more than it should be , they said they will let their boss take to me , which already a month, no one contact, and i never get my money refunded.

Went for their ktv on a weekend. Make sure to book ahead of time. The service is not the greatest but the rooms are large and very pretty.

It’s exclusive to Chinese. Even if you inquire they try to deter you if you’re not Chinese. That’s sad in a melting pot of the US of A.??

I lost my bag there, I'm really grateful that they gave it back to me, but all my money in the bag was taken:(

Had a great Saturday night here! Important note; the karaoke system is completely in Chinese. If you can't read Chinese, you may have difficulties using the karaoke system at first. Karaoke prices are very reasonable for the greater Boston area)! They get very busy, so I definitely recommend calling in advance to try to make a reservation. We went on a weekend and called them very last minute for a small room. The karaoke room itself was super clean and there was a large variety of songs of varying languages (English, Chinese, Spanish, etc). Something I thought was nice was that their bathroom was inside the karaoke room itself as its own room. The bathroom was also very clean which was a plus! You have to keep track of the time though since they will not tell you when an hour has passed. I would come back again here for the happy hour prices. I paid about $50 dollars for a small room for one hour this time around, but if I went during happy hour, it would've saved about $10. They also had drinks and snacks (that were very overpriced) but it was a nice touch.

After a healthcare visit in Boston we decided to have a dim sum lunch in Quincy on your way home to Cape Cod. Unfortunately both of our go-to Chinese restaurants were closed. Luckily we found Royal Hot Pot on trip advisor. My wife had sushi which was ver good and I had a vegan hot pot with a mild mushroom broth and a platter of tofu, mushrooms, seaweed, Napa and freshly made house noodles. It was excellent, especially with some sauces from the sauce bar. The service was efficient and the place is comfortable and very clean

OVERPRICED AND OVERRATED!!! I WILL NEVER COME BACK!!! The price is RIDICULOUS for such small portions of meat!!! And it didn’t even make me full for that combo of $188 for 4 people. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE AND YOU WILL GET MORE WITH SUCH MORE AFFORDABLE PRICE!!!

I love hotpot and used to eat it all the time in China. I was so excited to find this restaurant in Quincy! A very nice restaurant to go for a real hotpot experience! Nicely decorated with friendly staff. There is a large serve yourself bar for sauces, spices and toppings to add to your hotpot. Be prepared to spend a hour or two eating your hotpot and socializing. The broths are always delicious and the add ins (from meats to veggies) nice and fresh. Gluten free and vegetarian friendly. There is a parking lot so finding a spot isn't an issue. Suitable for solo, friends, families and dates.

This place was chosen for my birthday, a Saturday late afternoon. We decided on Korean BBQ specifically. We got at least 1 of all the basics, my personal fave was pork belly, then the teriyaki meats yum! My mother was the 'cook'. The servers were somewhat attentive but then they weren't and had to be flagged down basically for everything once it got busier. For instance, we had to ask them for water refills, various supplies, etc instead of them just paying attention to our table themselves. It was our first Korean BBQ experience and we didn't know what we were doing exactly. But the servers also didn't seem prepared for customers who were inexperienced since some of them were too. We didn't get tongs for cooking until after the meat was brought to us. Shouldn't all required supplies be given to the table once they announce if they're doing hot pot, Korean BBQ, or both, and before the foods arrive? So it was overall very disorganized and scatter brained in my opinion. Also, the tables don't give enough space for real dinnerware lol. The cooking stations inside the tables take up too much space, so you can only have small appetizer size plates, small bowls, and tiny cups. Even though these serving carts at the edge of your table gives more storage space, it's still not good enough. The tables were very crowded with too much stuff. Honestly I do hope they figure out a different set up one day. Also the portion sizes for Korean BBQ were too small, definitely impossible to share for 4 adults. So a few dishes were doubled up, really affecting the final bill. So be aware of that. I don't know about their combos, specials, etc portion sizes though. I think Hot Pot portion sizes are bigger though? Maybe we should have done that? But I still really loved the pork belly, it was my first time having it, man I could eat that every day forever lol.Keep in mind also that I am not Korean, I am Asian though, so I do not say any of this to be disrespectful of Korean BBQ and its traditions and whatnot. I'm simply speaking from a customer point of view where this was my 1st Korean BBQ experience. I would love to do this again, but hopefully where it is a lot smoother, I really loved that pork belly!

I would give 0 if I could. Made a reservation a week in advance and they called me the DAY OF at 2pm to say they only had Chinese songs and a Chinese system so I didn’t even have time to make a reservation elsewhere. Horrible service
