“Manager at this location is hard working, friendly, and cares about her customers and her employees. Her staff is always courteous and kind as well, and seems to be a low turnover rate but I only go during the day. My order is always done well, and I won't frequent the other local Dunks.Parking: More than enough parking.Kid-friendliness: They always have a seasonal mural painted on the windows and the Christmas tree is awesome. It gets changed out every season and the kids love to see it and take selfies in front of it. It's festive year round and not just the holidays.“
“This new Dunks is well run, no complaints on food. Only once I went 10 minutes before they closed and they said they couldn't make me anything, which I thought was weird. Besides that, clean inside, courteous employees, fresh coffee.“
“I usually use the mobile app to get my food quickly and correctly. I read all the bad reviews of this place and I was really fearful I was going to have a bad experience, but ordering using the app and getting my food whenever it was supposed to be ready was a breeze !It was just a donut, so no major issues getting it wrong, but I recommend to use mobile ordering, it would save you lots of headaches !!!!!“
“I go in to this dunks three days a week and love this place, the ladies are always nice and they don’t ever seem to have a 15 minute line, also they always get my iced latte right which has been a running issue with some dunks, couldn’t suggest this dunks enough“
