Sat. 3/16/24 6pmOrdered Filet of Fish meal. Service was fast and everyone was pleasant and professional. Then I took a bite of the sandwich and it was hard, apparent that it had sat under the heatlamp far too long.Returned and mgt was very apologetic and quickly gave me another sandwich. This one(98% edible) hadn't been under the lamp as long as the previous one but it was clear that the filet of fish sandwich was not a popular item today. We decided to give our son an impromptu birthday present. My husband decided to put a special birthday tray together with McDonalds food and arrange it special at the party for my son as a surprise. It was a nostalgic presentation as my son just turned 30 and he used to love McDonalds as a kid. Everyone thought it was a great idea in how we presented it. There was other food and goodies as well. The crew members don't get paid enough to endure the incompetence of the Hiring & General Managers.All of the Junior Managers/Store Managers are splendid people, and there are many folks still slogging it out on the crew who ought to be on the management track, but are not due to inadequate/scummy business practices.
