I went to Hook & Reel on Friday (2/9/24) with my boyfriend and we had a waitress by the name of Besty….OMG she was awesome. She was so pleasant and nice and all smile, even when my boyfriend insisted on trying the crab meat fries and then after getting them he was not a fan of them, she took them away with a smile on her face and let us know it was taken off of the bill. This was the best meal and experience my husband and I have went out and had in a while. Service was tremendous, atmosphere was clean and inviting, food was top quality and we were amazed when the bill was as low as it was, this is our new spot, excellent job!
