Not very fond of kiosk ordering. Didn't see "swap" button to change meat so ended up with both beef and chicken. Wanted "no ice" in my drink. Started with a large because only size offer on the screen. Backed up and chose "drinks" button for a medium but still "no ice" not a choice. So because one fills their own cup ice is a personal preference; but not obvious when you're at the kiosk. So ended up with both a large and medium drink. Decent experiences so far. Staff and food are great. However, be aware that there are times where they will accept card, or cash only. So, be prepared to bring both just in case.Also, around nighttime (10pm to 2am) there’s a Taco Bell panhandler on a wheelchair that sits outside the drive thru window lane that requests a soda, or soft shell tacos with extra sour cream. Convenient location. Super helpful in a high-volume industrial parking lot full of retail. Do we have left before however as a recent it has become a safe haven for the misfortunate and homeless. Approach with caution in the evening. Unfortunately unsavory characters float around.
